Drop off was easy and the associate was helpful.Cons:
Picking the car up was very inconvenient. Needed a credit card, utility bill, etc. It is easier to buy a car. The associates that were working when I picked up the car had attitudes and tried pushing the extra insurance on me. I will never rent a car again.6,0 Okay

Cons:
They didn't have a car for me on the time or day that I need it. I prepaid for my rental 2 months in advance, when I arrived I had to wait 25 minutes before they told me they didn't have a car for me. My ride had already left and had to find another to get back. That night I had to pay for a taxi10,0 Wonderful

The pickup and drop-off were both easy to do and both people were very friendly.Cons:
A Kia Soul is not similar to a Toyota Corolla. You can fit four people in it to travel but everybody would have to carry what they have in their pockets. Absolutely no trunk room. Makes no sense to rent for long trips unless there are only two people and they don't have a lot of stuff. It was comfortable to drive though.6,0 Okay

The car was roomy, ready to go, and easy to drive. Drop-off outside of regular office hours was easy.Cons:
They don't accept debit cards for payment, without putting a pretty big deposit on hold. I didn't know that, or would have brought a different card or cash.Car hire locations in or near Heath
