minivan was very comfortable and nice. they were supposed to open at 11;35 and no employee arrived till 12;25. minivan had trash inside from previous rental.

I rented a van a couple weeks ago, but when we went to pick it up, it wasn’t available because the only other van they had was already picked up by someone else. I reserved a van and never received it.

I had no idea this type of vehicle even existed. The ford eco sport. It runs. And that’s all that really matters. It doesn’t seem super safe out in the country where I live but — like I said, it runs. Unfortunately I got hit by a massive hail storm in my 21 ford bronco - and I realize there is a shortage of loaner vehicles right now- I just didn’t imagine this tiny little car being the $2000 option. I’m grateful to have found a loaner, it is clean etc. the check oil light is on, so I emailed to say it’s on and they said it’s been changed it just needs reset and now the car smells like oil.
