Pros:I booked a car rental for the Columbus Airport. When I arrived at the Enterprise desk, they told me my rental was across town. I asked for help to get across town or get the car to me (no longer an enterprise offering), but the desk clerk basically said "nope, you're on your own". Kayak also provided no additional help. I rented from Avis desk, don't know why I would use Kayak again

Pros:The tahoe we reserved was not available. The assistant manager Chris offered us a minivan for much less than the tahoe. It worked great for our trip.

Cons:They could have my car cleaned before I head to pick it up. They make me wait for 20 minutes until they cleaned inside and outside. At the end, they just perform a very quick and light clean on the outside and inside. A very bad impresión.

Cons:When i booked, the system did NOT inform me there was not a suitable car available. I arrived to pickup the vehicle and only then was told there was no availability. The staff was prompt/helpful with securing another vehicle from another location and providing transportation.
Pros:efficient and found a car less $$$ than the other companies that I had reserved but had NO car now after I arrived/// .
Pros:They gave me a great car and it took maybe 3 minutes to pick up. Friendly staff great service great vehicle.
Cons:I called to change my reservation to pick it up about 7 hours before I originally wanted to and was told there would be no issue. I talked to 3 customer service people who were clueless and basically said I couldn't, or said the price would be totally different, before being connected to the guy behind the desk at the location I was picking up at. This guy understood what I wanted, made the change and charged me less than the others said I'd be paying! Train your customer service people to match your front desk people and you'll be much better off.

Cons:The car was not cleaned on the inside or outside. The customer service representative just pointed the direction to look for the vehicle at pick up.
Cons:I had originally booked at the Columbus, OH airports but it booked in different location. It was not at all a good experience..

Pros:only place that seemed to have a large suv for rent. my normal "goto" enterprise said they had one but it turns out they only have them at the airport...for like$300 more! kinda bait and switch....list them but didn't have them. avis did.
Cons:Parking in lot is terrible. They share a lot with a car dealer and there is barely enough room to drive through lot. Almost zero parking when we picked up. Car was not clean - both inside and outside, but we were stuck with the choice. Soon as I drove off the lot, the sensor said there was a flat tire. Sure enough the rear driver tire had a nail in it! Again, we had to have the car and returning it wasn't really an option. Tire Discounters fixed for free. When we returned, it was two hours after they were said to be open, but I still had to wait 45 minutes for someone to show up and unlock the place. When checking out, the guy just printed out the bill and gave it to me without going over it. I stayed until he did. I also tried calling customer service while waiting and the automated answering wasn't helpful at all. All in all, the customer service is not good and I've had better, cleaner rental vehicles elsewhere.
Pros:drop off was easy.
Cons:The budget in at this location is the worst! No one was there at my scheduled pickup time. When someone finally arrived, no cars were clean. Had to wait 40 minutes for my rental to be cleaned. They gave me a car that smelled like cigarettes. Also, only 1/3 employees were wearing masks. Also, the car was surprisingly kinda old. The employee told me not to worry about the sensors claiming a problem with the air pressure. idk. awful.
Pros:They did not have my vehicle nor could find me one elsewhere in the city. Attendant didn’t seem to care nor apologize for not being able to honor my reservation. I ended up having to go to Airport and rent a vehicle from Hertz.
