Lady was quick and polite.Cons:
Drop off involved me being told that I had put a scratch on the hood(which I had not) and I had to get back in touch with the pick-up depot if I wanted to dispute it. I did this and the matter was handled by the lady there who assured me that I was not going to be charged. This was a satisfactory outcome, but the event gave me issues on a day I did not need them.Hertz

Cons:
I was not able to rent the car but was charged for it. My flight was delayed and the office was short on cars so they gave my car away because I didn’t make it there by my appointment time.9,6 Wonderful

Extremely helpful at both pick-up and drop-off locations, their servers were down at pick-up but they handled it well and we were even able to find a car that better suited my needs! Was able to drop off at a location closer to me.Cons:
Probably could have used an extra pass with the vacuum, but we rented a large cargo van so not too upset about it.2,0 Poor

The staff was very polite and professional. The van drove great. I got a great price, I thought, too.Cons:
I did wish the staff was wearing a mask (it's covid-19 time right now), esp when in the office, and, while cleaning the interior of the vehicle. I had to wipe it all down myself again, as the virus is spread by exhalations. I didn't mind I waited an hour to get going after pick up time, because they are short staffed due to the virus, though.Avis

reserved a full size car, was “upgraded to a mustang”. I have elderly parents, so I went out of my way to try and exchange the vehicle. Was told there were no vehicles available.8,0 Very Good

I like the fact that the store manager offered me a free upgrade, although I did not request it and her attitude was a friendly one.Cons:
there was not one available to offer me a ride home after the rental. Enterprise Rental Car, whom I usually use, always have this service available, ALWAYS.10,0 Wonderful
