Pros:
I have rented from Budget about 5 times in the last few years. This rental was smooth and easy, like all other times. Cost at the end was exactly what I expected from the beginning. Check in/check out was smooth and timely. Car ran very well and was a pleasant driving experience. Staff is always courteous and helpful.Cons:

I had reserved the car , & paid in advance, so everything went like clockwork when I picked the car up. The young lady that checked me in was friendly & knowledgeable. Even though it was 4am when I dropped the car off, it was convenient.Cons:

NOT ONE SINGLE THING.Cons:
When I arrived I was told that they didn't have a car as some weren't turned in on time. After waiting for an hour, a car came in but I was told they couldn't release it until it was cleaned. Another half hour later the clean car (SUV) arrived but then I was told they couldn't release it to me because they had a reservation for it. I left and went to Enterprise.Enterprise
