The windows on the car were dirty and there was food crumbs in the backseat on the floor. Average 23 miles to the gallon.

I got a refund.

Cons:

When I went to pick up the car (spending cab money), the location was closed until further notice. I spent an hour on hold to see what could be done, but enterprise just canceled the reservation. So I had no car and had to spend more money to get back to where I was staying. I won’t be using either service again, for obvious reasons.

Cons:

Our minivan was given away, they gave us an suv that was too small for my family, it had no gas, was not cleaned and smelled like smoke. Front desk was no help.

Passenger van

I was given a van that didn’t have working brake lights or turn signals when I requested a new vehicle was told it was the only one available and I would have to take it to a mechanic shop myself. Feeling like I had no options I went ahead and did as they asked and spent 2 hours of the time I was supposed to be on my trip sitting in a mechanics waiting room. I left the mechanic only to find the problem was still occurring. Had to go back to the rental agency and demand a new vehicle. From the time I first pulled up to the time I got home with a new van was 6 hours of stress and headaches. The return of the vehicle was a headache as well and took 2 hours and multiple phone calls as the drop off location was closed and only corporate office could change my drop off location. However they entered my name in their system wrong and said they couldn’t make that change due to my information not matching. After two hours on the phone the best they could offer was to just drop it off and call them again after the charges clear and dispute the late fee and change of location fee because they couldn’t preemptively cancel them.

Brittany at pickup location was great.

Cons:

Poor service once car had mechanical issues. Horrible service at tool free number. And I was overcharged!
