The car onlyCons:
I was charged additional £140 on the airport saying that I need to have extra insurance or pay full ammount of 25k which is the car cost. If I new that when booking on kayaks website I wouldn’t even bother with that company. Won’t use them again!!!!2,0 Poor

No helpfulness at all. Didn’t take American Express which was the only credit card I had. Staff could care less and I did not know when I rented it. Couldn’t even rent the car and still paid for the rental.Cons:
Staff could have at least worked with me and acted like they cared. Staff couldn’t have cared less as it was “my problem” to figure out how to put a deposit on a rental like that.National
