Cons:
I was from out of town. If my friend didn’t let me borrow her credit card, I would not have been able to rent a car. I have a debit/credit card but it was not acceptable and they would not accept my husband’s credit card over the phone. Extremely inconvenient.9,2 Wonderful

The time that it took to get the car. The young man was having trouble with the computer entry and the person I viewed as his supervisor was not very helpful to him. We got through it though.10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
This center is now inside Embassy Suites. From the front entrance, go left through the lobby and take a left at the first hallway and it's there on the left. I was helped immediately and the employee was kind and quick. He gave me two options based on my reservation and let me choose what I wanted. The car was clean, full tank of gas, and drove well. Return was smooth and simple. I added an extra day and it was no problem at all. Definitely will rent from here again.Avis
