Staff was friendly and helpful. Pick up time took awhile and they did not have the vehicle I booked, but was able to work with me and gave me a good deal with something similar or yet better. Drop off was easy and quick.Cons:
The vehicle wasn’t thoroughly cleaned (saw few stains on leather seats, dirty foot prints on back seats, and the drivers seat belt had a strong perfume smell. So I had to clean and sanitize myself esp during this pandemic I wanted to make sure everything was wiped down good before my road trip. It seemed like the car was just used before pickup so it looked like they did a quick wipe down of the car before I took it. In the end, I’d say the cleaning part could have been better.10,0 Wonderful

They can die better if they really explain from the beginning what there rules apply to their company and we as costumers we been to pay , I have my rental and when I when there to pick up my car they tell me if I am going out of state I have to pay $45 dollars more I have no problem to pay what the companies ask to pay for a rental my problem is when you make you reservation there is no explanation the extra fees for certain thing I been rental cars since 25 years ago o more and it’s the first time one of this companies trying to get more money from my rental please due some thing whit this company Thank you so much for you business Sal encino2,0 Poor

I wasn’t charged, luckily, when they did not provide the service. This was helpful because I was actually worried they would still try to charge me but the customer service person was nice and helpful.Cons:
I was not informed that at ONT you do not go to the “Rental Car” area for ACE. You have to call a number to get picked up. It took me 30 min to get to the rental car area, wasted time. And after finding out I could not get through to customer service at all—was only re-routed through automated voice prompts. Finally I had to give up and rent a different car. Seems like an email after booking would have cleared up 100% of this. Again, I am thankful they were very pleasant on the phone the next day and did not charge me.Avis

Quite a bit. My brother experienced multiple mechanical problems including a transmission going out and broken headlights. They told us to drop it off at another location because our pickup location was closing soon. The man at that location tried charging an extra $84 for a "refuling" charge even though we returned the car on full. He was unable to explain why it was on there and stated "I don't know return it in Colton tomorrow." He refused to call anyone to see why the charge was on there and was very rude. I am just amazed at all of the problems we experienced.6,0 Okay
