I had scheduled to pick up the car at 8:00 a.m. When I arrived, they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I did not leave until 8:35. This was a tad annoying.Avis

The staff member I dealt with was extremely rude. Ultimately she charged me $371 for a rental that I actually didn't get. I'm still fighting to get my money back.Cons:
