Picking up the car went as usual, and was pretty quick. Benjamin made it pretty easy.Cons:
There was only one agent, so there was a bit of a wait in returning the car. This process could be improved, especially since I was heading to the airport next to catch my flight.6,0 Okay

The fender was falling off the car, missing clips to hold it in place. The front fender needed to be pushed back into place after every stop. Needs repair then it won’t be so bothersome.5,6 Fair

Rate quoted via 800 no was diff when I picked it up even after I confirmed the rate when I called the pickup local office. They said they will investigate & will call me in 48 hr but no call back.why charge me additional $10 when am extending?, am being asked to pay extra for continuing my businessAvis

Had to pick up at airport, my driver had to pay for parking and took us a while to locate Avis. Very high price of added insurance .. All vehicles should come with standard navigation, should not be an upgrade. Difficult using phone navigation as it was hard trying to drive and read small guide thru phone as it had no sound when plugged in thru the USB port and no where to place phone without it falling, had to place on lap which is a dangerous option.10,0 Wonderful

Cons:
Booked for SMF airport and your system relocated my pick up elsewhere in Sacramento and had the return back to Sac rather than Oakland. Disaster won’t be using your service again. Took me 3 hrs to get another car and on the road AND paid $122 per day instead of 70. 💩 phew9,2 Wonderful

Not much.... but the lady that took the car back the next day was pleasant.Cons:
The fact that online I ordered a compact car, but when I got to the store location they said I ordered a sub compact car. They then proceeded to tell me I ordered the car from a 3rd party site and they don't support that. So they refused to accommodate me or support what I ordered, upgrade or anything.... very disappointing. I'd like my money back!!9,6 Wonderful

Pick up was kind of a joke. The car wasn't ready for a few minutes, and then the lady led us through a back room that was so disgustingly dirty, I would have been ashamed, and out the back of the store. The guy was still vacuuming it and there was still a carseat in the back. Then he had to re-vacuum it. They should have cleaned it and then drove it to the front where we inspect it and drive off. But, they did the same thing to the customer before us. We also dropped the car off about 8 hours early. We only had the car for about 10 hours, but the price wasn't any different. That wasn't surprising, but disappointing.10,0 Wonderful
