The drop off was confusing they had gone out to lunch but it was already past the time on the door that they said they'd be back and there was no drop box for the keys. luckily the man there was nice and didn't cause a fuss when i returned the keys later on.3,2 Poor

Arrived at 2 PM to pick up my car. Tendon claims there were no cars on the lot to come back at 4 PM. Pawn my return there were still no cars and had to wait an additional hour and a half. This way time of 3 1/2 hours is inconsiderate and unacceptable. I chose hurts because of the name and their reputation. They are not open on a Sunday. There is a dropbox but you will be charged for an entire day. The recently had a price increase of 25% which is very disappointing. Rates are very high even for Platinum reward members.9,6 Wonderful
