The staff at the Visalia Enterprise was professional and quick, the car worked well, and when we called to let them know we'd be a little late in returning the car they assured us it would be no problem. Will definitely rent from this place again.Cons:

Staff was great at pickup. We had a problem locking a broken door, stopped at Hertz in Turlock and they were great.Cons:
One back door and the side sliding door were broken. The back door had to be opened with a wrench. The sliding door could not be opened from inside.10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
The people in Visalia were very easy to deal with. Unlike PDX were thier personnel were no were to be found. It seemed that drop off was based on having the smart phone. Which I don.t use. But after looking around I found a Hertz parking attendent, and he took my name and the keys. I perfer human interaction.Cons:

Able to do a one-way without a huge drop-off fee. Extremely easy to book on-line, even at last-minute.Cons:
Prius hybrid a bit different for first-time driver. Only negative was turning in car at John Wayne airport. Person there was not happy to receive car "that wasn't theirs".10,0 Wonderful
