The pick was scheduled for noon. We pulled up at 12:05 and saw the manager in the parking lot as he was departing for the day. They closed at noon and he said that we were late so they were closed. Why would we be permitted to schedule a noon pickup from a place that closed at noon???2,0 Poor

The SUV I wanted was not ready and I was offered a Jeep Wrangler instead which I took. The vehicle was not as plush or comfortable as an SUV would have been, no Bluetooth, no navigation or back-up camera, no satellite radio. It was a cloth-top Jeep and it was noisy to drive, not really suited to an urban or suburban setting. I chose to keep it but would not do it again and hate my original choice was not ready at the time of pickupAvis
