The staff at the Hilton office in Gainesville were helpful and the drop off in DC went well. Nice to pick up and drop off without going to airports.

Poor and stressful. The office said my reservation was for EV, but this was not on the agreement anywhere. I had to pay more to upcharge to gas powered.

No issues. Did a pick up and drop off with two different locations 5 hours apart. Very smooth and Hertz has always been easy. Defiantly check the off airport sites for cheaper rates

Cons:

Everything was fine except they close at noon on Sat and didn't let us know until I called to confirm. We had high anxiety to get there on time. There were many people that didn't get their car. Thank God I callef.

The suv we reserved was not available no one called us beforhand paid the price of a suv for a car, car was not cleaned at all customer service was not good
