The staff was not there because the location was closed despite my reservation!!!Cons:
The location could have been open so that I could actually get my car! Instead I had to get a ride halfway home from someone who was not able to leave for several hours, followed by a bus. So I ended up getting to my final destination about 4.5 hours later than expected. Very bad job, Hertz!10,0 Wonderful

Excellent service with renting the vehicle. answered all the questions we had about the GMC we rented. Drop off was easy .Cons:
I didn't care so much for the model I rented for the long trip we took, there were a lot of little things ,not Avis fault but GMC the way they designed the car. I can go on and on about this but If I had to rent another car I would come back to Avis. by the way this is a great way to check a car out before you buy! I would not buy this GMC SUV. but my next trip I would definitely go back to Avis.Budget
