The car was in great condition, the price was great, and the after-hours drop off was super simple.Cons:
The car wasn't completely ready to go when I showed up and had to wait a few minutes while the guy got it ready. but it wasn't really a big deal.3,2 Poor

When it comes to the money we are very disappointed...we payed when we picked up the car..and the money went to you and dispersed from my boyfriend account. And when we dropped it of you asked us if we gave this money for the car when we picked it up. And the amount was right. But then the day after we realized that you had took that amount of money Again...so we are pretty confused here and pretty angry to. So I would not recommend this place for anyone that I’m close to. If we don’t get answers about what’s went wrong..10,0 Wonderful

Anthony and Alex out of the Milwaukie, OR location were amazing. They were thoughtful, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. The two of them made us want to go back to Hertz!Cons:

Well you could I'd been open like stated in the reservation instead I wasted my time and gas to get there then when I call to switch to another location don't charge me 3 times as much and a half hour away from the original place I was told to go.
