Pros:
The Staff member was a bit overwhelmed with the fact that the computer system was down, and I waited over 40 minutes before departing with the rental. He ddin’t walk out with me to inspect the vehicle so I took a video of the odometer and the stains and cigarette smoke damage to the interior as well as the scratches on the exterior. The member at the drop off was pleasant and courteous.Cons:

I made the reservation online and got a call from the company(voicemail) that they might not have car I reserved so when i get there to pick up my car they will charge me the difference of any car they have available!!!!!!!!!!!!
