Newer vehicles this van had a few issues with almost 50000 miles it ran a little rough in the mountains. Wipers were bad and needed changed. Had several dings in it. Service at pick up and drop off was super slow!!National

Car smelled of body odor from previous driver. Was forced to use the built in EZ Pass in the toll road because Ohio Turnpike doesn't have cash only lanes! forced to pay the extra EZ Pass fee when I didn't want it! ZERO pickup or delivery assistance. I walk with a cane and had to walk nearly a quarter mile from parking the car to the desk to drop the keys, late at night, outdoors in the cold.10,0 Wonderful
