They told us our appointment was at 12, but the store closed at 12. When we got there a couple minutes late (thinking we wouldn’t even be allowed to pick up the car early) they were closed and we had to go somewhere else to rent a car. Very stressful and disappointing.

The staff was friendly and the car was great. I also really enjoyed that you could pay for gas up front and not have to fill up before returning the car.When I arrived they first said that they would have to clean up a car and I would have to wait. This was frustrating since I had reserved way in advance and I was on a schedule so that was slightly stressful but luckily they were able to find one that was already cleaned and I was able to leave right away.

I liked ho the staff tried to accommodate me regardless of the inconvenience.Communication and efficiency. Made a reservation for a SUV and none were available. Had to wait an excessive amount of time and settled for a car. A car in which I did not like.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating, especially given the busy holiday season (we rented on December 24th). I always get exceptional service with Enterprise and is one of the biggest reasons i keep coming backThere was a lot of quick turnaround on that day and the car i got did smell of smoke from previous renter. This was a first time that this ever occurred, so it was the exception, not the norm. The car otherwise ran beautifully, was a 2020 with only 2k miles on it. I informed the staff of the smoke smell of when i returned and they were extremely apologetic.

Easy pick up and return. Car was ready, but this was supposed to be a smoke free car and it reeked off cigarette and marijuana. The smell leeched onto our clothes and hair every time we were in the car. So noticeably that others noticed the smell on us.

everything else... apart from what i didn't likedistance from the airport... it cost $40to get there by taxi... which eats into the money i saved by searching high and low for the best rates.
