Car seats were stained and smelled like cigarettes. Some maintenance lights kept flashing on and off while driving. Windshield also had a crack in it. Had minor scratches on the outside of the car. I liked the car and service overall.
Communication could have been better. When I arrived, the car I requested was not available. I was satisfied with the replacement, however this was the second time the rental I requested was not available. I was not notified beforehand and had to take what was on hand. What can you do when you arrive for the vehicle and something else is there. You have to take what is offered as there is not time to find something else.
