Vehicle wasn’t bad.Audio system inoperative. Billing policy not explained clearly; charged an extra day despite returning vehicle at scheduled day and time. I feel ripped off.

Staff was communicative and clearPickup took ~45mins because car had not been cleaned. Even after cleaning, car was dirty inside and smelled like smoke + excessive air freshener.

The staff in both locations were so courteous and helpful, the van was brand new and sparkling clean.I wish I could have figured out how to connect a phone for music without an Aux cord

consistent, excellent servicefriendly staff, on-time pickups, nice cars, minimal wait. I will pay a little more if I have to (but usually don't need to), just to rent from there because it is a good experience every single time.

problemsI generally like renting from enterprise. I have a location about 2 blocks away and run over and rent for road trips. Most always with good results. 1 time I had an issue where they said there was damage-but I had turned in the car on the weekend and dropped the keys. I will never do that again. I always want to have them look at the car and verify condition when I turn in.This reservation was a problem from the first. I had originally made a reservation for thursday in NJ to turn in in dc 4 days later. I cancelled and then went to a reservation for friday to dc in 3 days. But I wanted to get the car on Thursday after all. So I went in and picked up a car. It was supposed to be nj to dc-but in the hassle of getting it converted over, it was stated as nj to nj location and included slp which I didnt ask for. When I later recognized this, I did call the nj office and make sure the turn in was dc. The other problem-turnin was at the dc rr station at 50 mass avenue. It was utter chaos and took me forever to find out that I had to go 2 blocks around the terminal and go up in the parking garage to turn it in!!!!!!! And then(like my previous reservation) there was no mention of a drop off charge. So I ended up paying $80! If there is a drop off charge, it should be included in any reservcation which shows 1 way rentals!

Rental in my neighborhoodI loved that the rental was close; they were willing to pick me up or bring me to my home (that latter was a real lifesaver). The car had great mileage, and really held a LOT of stuff, as I was moving someone. They were very chill about extending the rental as needed, and staff were very friendly.I felt a little unclear on the rate and how long it was for. Kayak priced a 5 day rental, pretty good price considering that every rental was high. I extended that by one day, then rushed back to not pay for yet another day--but found out belatedly that it was their quote for a week, and I actually had a whole extra day with the car. It would have been great if someone had explained that to me. Saved some stress. Also the car smelled of cigarette smoking. After they sprayed it was better but never went away.

The car I reserved wasn't there.They made some changes to account for the cost difference.The car i reserved wasn't there. Insurance options weren't explained and the confusion cost me.

No complaints for a first time user of this locatiEverything was smooth and professional. And no hard sell. Out of the way a bit but I plan to use it again. Friendly folks.

Service was very goodWas not very impressed with the car provided, reservied a small SUV Toyota RAV or equivelent ended up with a Jeep Latitude which I really did not care for.
