Did not like that I had to go to another Enterprise location to return the car. I needed a ride home and they no longer take people home after a certain distance. This has changed since November, 2017. Since the other location is actiually closer to me, I will use that one for my next rental. The customer service has always been terrific when renting a vehicle from Enterprise and will continue to use them. I rent a car once or twice a year.10,0 Wonderful

It go the 5 of us from Michigan to Tennessee and back fairly easyCons:
I was told I would be renting a Ford Transit got a Chevy Express, which had less leg room for the driver. Being 6' tall with bad knees, it was a tough ride without enough room to stretch my legs out. There was food, wrappers and plastic silverware under the very rear seat. I vacuumed it out before I returned it and it was cleaner than when I picked it upHertz

Staff was extremely rude and not helpful in my situation. I was unaware of a $200 hold and the need to always use a credit card and not a debit card. I don’t use credit.Cons:

The SUV was clean and full of gas. The people walked me thru the operation of the vehicle and reconfigured the seats for me. I had purchased insurance thru Kayak and it was accepted without question. Overall it was an excellent experience.10,0 Wonderful
