Staff was great car was clean.Cons:
On kayak I added the Insurance for 11 dollars per day. Once I arrived at Enterprise I was told it’s 18 dollars per day. The old bait and switch, this is crappy and should not happen.9,2 Wonderful

Really all expectations were met but z little unnecessary haggling over quotes price vs what it became when I got tp pick up spot. All got sorted and was a fair value, just read papers before signong6,4 Okay

Pros:
Everyone I spoke to was helpful. They provided electronic copies of everything, so it saves paper and the environment, plus convenient. They had vehicle I requested and quickly got me in it when we arrived at the location. Drop off after trip was simple too.Cons:
I scheduled a pick up at least a day in advance and waited over an hour for the ride to appear. I rented a minivan (reserved in January and got it in August) and they asked if I would switch down because they were short on vans that day. The van wasn't totally clean. Nor was I offered prepaid fuel.10,0 Wonderful

You can’t rent a car here without a credit card. I only have a bank debit MasterCard. Other places like Hertz and Enterprise are fine with a bank card. So I was left stranded and had to go to another place.7,2 Good

had car reserved at 5pm. no car. at 6:30 was told the only way to get a car was to drive to airport 12mi in the rain and the roads were not yet melted. I could not get info on how many walk-ins they had given cars to that afternoon. I missed a 630 meeting and had to cross town to get car. car wa not full of gas (down one mark) but paperwork aid full.I had no choice because I ha to driver to ORD in the morning and could not get another car. The car was great on gas.Cons:
The employees were rude, windows were dirty on the inside of the car and the window wipers were bad. Mind you we drove through the mountains in the rain. Had to pull over because we couldn't see. And once I told the associate at drop off, I was blatantly ignored. Never will go there again.Car hire locations in or near Auburn
