Cons:
When I arrived in the agency to collect my rental, the agency informed me that they hadn't any cars available and they had cancelled my reservation. Despite being an "Elite" member of their loyalty program, they did not even call to inform me prior to my arrival in the agency. No apology was offered, just told, "too bad, there are no more cars so we cancelled your booking, you should have received an email". The email did not arrive in my inbox until 20 minutes after the agency closed. I emailed Europcar to complain about the incident and received an automatic reply that they would get back to me within 4 business hours, however 2 days later and still no reply.ADA
