Staff was great car was clean.

Cons:

On kayak I added the Insurance for 11 dollars per day. Once I arrived at Enterprise I was told it’s 18 dollars per day. The old bait and switch, this is crappy and should not happen.

Over all good experience. It was the weather that was awful- heavy rain in several spots and it extended the drive by an hour.

Customer service was excellent, drop off and pick up process was very easy and price was good compared to other locations Car was very dirty when we got it, even though the sign said it was cleaned for covid. Chocolate on several seats, large pieces of food on the floor. It didn't look like it had been cleaned at all. We spent 30 minutes giving it a thorough clean before our trip. But besides this, I still gave them an excellent rating due to the pros listed above.

Pros:

Don’t know. They wouldn’t let me rent a car

Cons:

You can’t rent a car here without a credit card. I only have a bank debit MasterCard. Other places like Hertz and Enterprise are fine with a bank card. So I was left stranded and had to go to another place.

We really appreciated the staff at budget (James) we arrived 5 hours early for our appointed pick-up time and James found a rental for us although they were all spoken for at the time. This saved us a 5 hour wait. We will most definitely be back for rentals and recommend Budget to our connections.
