Air pressure in 1 tire was low. I had to stand out in the cold, pouring rain to fill it up. That is, after searching and searching for a gas station with a working air punp. The pressure in that tire is low again, so I'm guessing it may have a slow leak. Also, the gas tank was not full at pickup (it was at around 1/4 of a tank). I forgot about this and filled it up. Some of that gas has been used, but still I'll be bringing it back with more gas than was in it at pickup, so that money down the drain for me.

I showed up with my confirmation number, and they didn't have any cars available when I arrived to pick up. There was no explanation given; they simply said sorry we are sold out, nothing we can do, and mentioned they won't have any available for the next week and a half. I had flown from the east coast to Portland with no backup options. Consequently, I found myself stranded 2 hours away from Eugene, OR, with nowhere to go or stay. I was without a place (homeless) or placeless in this case in a different city I have never visited or had plans on staying because my destination was not Portland, I was stranded with no family or friends to turn to for help.

The staff / crew were all superb. Though the car I was given had been smoked in / had a cigarette burn in the seat / had recently been deep cleaned to cover it up. So that was less than ideal but fine, especially since I booked the least expensive economy available. But again, all the staff was super nice. Overall is a good experience, I’d rent from them again.
