Cons:
The van I was going to rent had a tiny dent in it. I simply did not want to be responsible for the dent so I pointed it out to the rental agent. They would not rent me the van with the small dent and chose to grab a different van from the lot which had recently been turned in and had me wait over 20 minutes while they “detailed” that van. I took that van, which was clearly detailed in a hurry, and found used napkins, grocery bags, crumbs, etc inside it. I’m a father of three and not super picky. But that’s Not exactly what one hopes to find in a rental vehicle, especially during COVID.10,0 Wonderful

Cons:
Was for PDX airport pick up...but ended up at another location in Portland... 3 times as expensive...Avis indicated this happens all the time. Used someone else and will never use this service again.2,0 Poor

Pros:
The staff was great. They got me in and out within minutes. The rental was as good as the higher priced competitor I used the week before and was just over half the price. I rented the car in the middle of a winter storm and they made sure they marked that they were unable to clean it (their water source was frozen solid) so that I was not charged for cleaning.Cons:
I was unaware that the engine would stop at to conserve energy. Something that would notify me of that would have been nice. I was worried the whole drive that the vehicle was going to break down. When I mentioned it at drop off they told me that was a fuel saving feature.10,0 Wonderful

Cons:
If you book within 24-48 hours of your rental they don't guarantee a car will be available. I showed up at 11am, there was one receptionist and literally 14 people waiting in line ahead of me. I walked out and fortunately was able to get a car at a different rental place.10,0 Wonderful
