Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests were highly dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, describing dirty rooms, stained carpets, unpleasant odors, and unsanitary conditions throughout the property. Service also received negative feedback, with reports of unhelpful or unfriendly staff, lack of communication, and issues with refunds or security. However, a few guests appreciated the hotel's location for its convenience to highways and nearby food options. Breakfast was inconsistently provided, with some guests disappointed by its unavailability or quality. Overall, the negative aspects of cleanliness and service strongly outweighed the positives.AI-generated from customer reviews
