Cons (-) dirty sofa, unpainted door, wall showed something that was slightly painted. smelled of smoke and asked for nonsmoking

Cons (-) smelled; spider on towel in bathroom, carpet sticky feeling, made kids take all of the covers off the bed and sleep under their blankets. If it was not 10:30 at night and exhausted, i would have gone elsewhere.
