Pros (+) Love the friendly and pleasant staff. Mrs. Carolyn was an amazing help with everything. She even move us to a room that would accommodate the disability of my mother and myself.
Cons (-) The first night the room wasn't what I expected as far as cleanliness. We had a face cloth hanging over our tub from a previous guest and house keeping must have missed. I was truly unhappy with the amount of hair strands (look like pubic hairs) that appeared in the bathroom, the towels and face clothes didn't appear to be there best either.
