Pros: Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room. It was upgraded and clean. Very spacious and met all our needs for the night. Good value for the price. Tim Hortons was across the street and a steakhouse was next door. We would definitely stay again

Pros: The owner was very friendly and professional... upgraded our room due to our pets. This Motel is located downtown Chatham and close to local stores and restaurants. The room is great! Very clean, and warm~ a home feeling to it (just what we needed after a rough day)... Beds are very comfortable, huge tub, clean restroom, Quiet area. I highly recommend Motel Kent....

Cons: Value was good but stair ways and bathroom were not very clean. There was lots of dirt and garbage in stair way and a bunch of hair behind the bathroom door.

Cons: The customer service was poor at best. Need to keep front doors to building unlocked as you state your key cards work, however they rarely did & I got attitude when asking for help & told I did it wrong & I was made to go do it again while he watched me as he didn’t believe me. The poorest hotel customer service I have had.

Cons: The breakfast was a little scant. We knew it would be a continental breakfast so not to expect a lot. However, there was no maple syrup for the waffles and no napkins. This is the only reason I didn't score a 10.
