Breakfast -It was just enough for our needs. The staff member bringing it to our room was very pleasant and prompt. It saved us a lot of time having breakfast in our room! We very much enjoyed both receptionists - they were helpful with suggestions, fun to chat with, very accommodating. Loved the location! Very easy to walk everywhere. It was a very homey comfortable hotel.
Everything was excellent. Lovely accommodations and staff. Quaint, somewhat different than I expected.
Room was very clean and nicely appointed. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Room was spacious.
Beds (mattresses) and pillows seemed a little dated and could have been more comfortable (such as pillow top mattresses and pillows of various softness).
Location, location, location.
They contacted me early via email re: parking. Upon registration and throughout our stay the staff were extremely friendly and informative. I truly enjoyed having my continental breakfast and coffee delivered to my room compliments of the Fulton each morning. Wonderful and always on time. In the evening we enjoyed a lovely complimentary happy hour w/ wine and an assortment of snacks from 5-6 at their sister Inn next door. Water was provided throughout your stay to keep you hydrated during your exploration of the city. Just pick up cold bottles in the lobby as you come and go. So thoughtful, as Charleston can be overwhelmingly hot. The facility was soothing and quaint in decor, clean and quite. Lovely shops and galleries surrounding. Parking $17 dollars a night added at the end of your stay, but in back of the Inn ...shady and convenient. Overall a wonderful stay.
Nothing really. I would stay there again without hesitation.
