Pros (+) Absolutely NOTHING!
Cons (-) Worse that terrible. Sketchy would be puting it nicely. This place is abysmal. Do us all a favor, and tear it down and start over. NO AIR CONDITIONING??? I wasn't expecting the Four Seasons, but a lot of the stench of the hotel would go away if you had air conditioning, and it wasn't 85+ degrees and the filth wasn't percolating within itself. Yuck!!
