Pros (+) Quiet location and quiet rooms. Within walking distance of the Dulles Expo Center. Some staff were helpful with getting extra pillows/sheets.
Cons (-) Room was initially signed out to another guest, as the staff member did not check the other guest's name correctly, or any of their information. Needed to have our room rekeyed five times during our four-day stay, and returned eight keys at the end of our stay.
