Pros (+) Quiet location and quiet rooms. Within walking distance of the Dulles Expo Center. Some staff were helpful with getting extra pillows/sheets.
Cons (-) Room was initially signed out to another guest, as the staff member did not check the other guest's name correctly, or any of their information. Needed to have our room rekeyed five times during our four-day stay, and returned eight keys at the end of our stay. Room wasn't properly cleaned; found an open bag of chips in a cupboard and lots of change in the pullout couch. The pullout couch was extr...

Pros (+) Room was basic but acceptable. Air-conditioner was on its last legs--noisy and not very efficient. Bare-bones lodging. Agree with other guests that it's a two-star hotel.
