Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, and several reviews highlighted the cleanliness of the rooms. However, there were frequent complaints about the small room sizes, insufficient or poorly managed breakfast, and issues with noise, especially at night or from the bathroom. Some guests also noted the lack of air conditioning and ventilation, which made rooms uncomfortable during hot weather. Overall, while the service and cleanliness were strong points, improvements are needed in room comfort, breakfast, and noise insulation.
