Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, attentive and friendly service, and high standards of cleanliness. The pool and its views are often highlighted as a special feature, and many guests appreciate the relaxing atmosphere and beautiful facilities. However, several reviews mention that the room sizes are smaller than expected for the price, and some note the lack of air conditioning in certain rooms. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives, making this hotel a popular choice for visitors to Chamonix.
