Pros (+) The hotel is new, rooms are cozy and bathrooms are new and well decorated. The location is nice if you want to spend a weekend in Chamonix. Staff overall polite.
Cons (-) It feels like the management of this hotel doesn’t take care of things. The elevator was 3 days without light and they didn’t even care to put a torch or temporary light for safety reasons. The cleaning lady cleaned out room at 3.30pm while we wanted to rest! The spa had an empty bar where it was supposed to have tea to relax. The room had no mini bar and it was very hot- they was no air con. We w...

Pros (+) 1- Location is really good, close to the center. 2- Check in/out was fast 3- Swimming Pool looks ok.
Cons (-) 1- There was extremely bad & disgusting smell in the toilet all the time, asked them couple of times to clean it with no improvement. 2- Parking access is from back side, parking is not free & costs 15€ per night.
