Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the convenient location of the hotel. However, many reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and common areas. Several guests were disappointed by problems with the pool and hot tub, which were often out of order or uncomfortable to use. While some found the rooms spacious and the value acceptable, recurring maintenance and amenity issues detracted from the overall experience.

We had 2 reservations as we added another day prior to going. We booked early in the month and paid in full. We asked for an early check in which was denied. We went to do a bit of site seeing and returned around 6pm exh...
