It was shitty. At first they put me in a room with musky smell and a broken pull out sofa. Elevator is old, smelly and very slow. I stayed there because I needed to be at work the next day and couldn’t go home due to the snow storm. We booked through Kayak and spent a great deal of money on gas and tolls. When we arrived we were told that we never paid for our reservations and there was nothing they could do.
