Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to the port, city center, and main attractions as a major advantage. However, the rooms are frequently described as very small and basic, with several complaints about noise from the street, poor soundproofing, and disturbances from air conditioning or nearby venues. Service and cleanliness receive mixed feedback, with some guests finding the staff pleasant and the hotel clean, while others report issues with reception and musty odors. Overall, the location is the standout feature, but room size and noise levels are common drawbacks.
