Guests consistently praised the hotel's outstanding service, friendly and attentive staff, and the relaxing atmosphere provided by the well-maintained pools and beautiful natural surroundings. The breakfast was frequently described as delicious and varied, with many enjoying the terrace views. The location, nestled in nature and away from city chaos, was highly appreciated for its tranquility and scenic vistas. However, several guests noted issues with the bathrooms, mentioning they were often small, outdated, or impractical, but this did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.
