The location was on the beach, near great food spots, and entertainment. Walled City was a 10-15 minutes away. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pool was very nice! Will definitely stay here again when I visit Colombia.

Pros (+) The location was very beautiful
Cons (-) We were offered a discount off breakfast if we paid in advance. However when we checked out the itemized bill clearly stated "breakfast upsell" on it. We were also charged $50 USD for pool towel cards that we never received at check-in

Pros (+) I liked the fact they had a travel agency to book my trips day before. The pool is huge lots of space. The pool bar is great. Great drinks. Check in was fast and they even signed me up with a hilton account for free. I asked to leave my luggage for my flight so i could do some extra stuff and they helped me with that. So i was very happy. Me and my fiancé were treated like royal. I would come back...
Cons (-) Didnt like that fact i got a lil hot at night. So i had to get up at night and reset the air conditioner. I asked for a late check out but they didnt have the space. The hotel was booked 100%. All around i dont have not really bad to say.
