Lovely place, rooms are a good size with plenty of space. Soft comfy beds. Lovely restaurant and bar area with nice food and wine. Staff working the evening and breakfast shifts were great. Overall exactly what we needed for the one night trip away.
Very hot water, big room, good food.
Cheap loo paper, small TV, very slow draining sink. Tiny biscuits.
Good choice of breakfast, very good dinner menu, and food, lovely cotton sheets and towels, comfortable bed.
Very noisy extractor fan in bathroom, even when light was off it continued for some time afterwards.
Really nice staff and great breakfast.
Wifi wasn't working. My room on the street level so got woken up at 6am with lots of noisy passing traffic. Either never stay there again or try to get an inside (the accommodation block) room away from traffic. Cumberland sausage and mash was very ordinary. Not the "Cumberland" I expected. Probably came from Aldi down the road. Had to walk in heavy rain between the "hotel" and the accommodation building adjacent.
Good location. Worst Bed ever. No heating in room. No response from hotel. Do not go.
The Bed is the worst EVER.. The room had no heating at all. Did not know this till we went back to the hotel at 11pm. No one to contact as no front desk.
