Comfortable ans Great location
WIFI, staff, room, 3rd floor patio view were all great!
Great view, value for money, and charming
The staff was cordial and helpful. There is a terrace on the top floor with a spectacular view of the Castle. This alone made the place worth the cost. The rooms were spacious and charmingly decorated. We had a room to sleep 4 ppl and it was comfortable for everyone. I definitely recommend it.
The air conditioner was not working. The bathroom had a strong sewage-like smell (we kept the window wide open and closed the bedroom door to contain the smell). The breakfast was priced higher than the content's worth.
Location was very good and I would recommend this Hotel
The location is very good, close to the medieval city.
The bathroom had a bad smell and the main warmer haven´t worked, just the warmers of the children bedroom and the bathroom warmer have worked.
The location, the view, the comfort of the room
The breakfast was expensive
Very helpful staff, superb view of La Cite from terasse and no distance to walk. Good buffet breakfast.
Been nice to have an evening dinner.
Perfect location for getting to the castle and the new town. Room was very nice and quaint, though a tea/coffee making facility would have been nice. We had a triple room and had a wonderful view of la Cite from our windows. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, though an additional 7.50 euros each. Only problem was it only started at 8am so on our last day when we had to leave just before 8am we didn't have it. Quite pricey for what you get but the whole of France seems very pricey now. I would definitely stay here again if I went to Carcassonne.
Our room didn't have any curtains - not a problem for the main bedroom area as we were at the top and could use the outside shutters but the smaller area with a single bed opened onto the terrace that could be used by all guests and therefore lacked privacy.Breakfast should start earlier, say 7.30am
View from the window of our room was excellent. Good, self- service, breakfast
Close to everything small hotel very friendly
No hairdryer, shower curtain or coffee making items
View from our room #19; friendliness of staff; quiet; atmosphere in general; air conditioning
No shower curtain in the bathroom and no chairs in the bedroom
Very friendly welcome. Excellant terrace to view Carcassonne at night all lit up. What a joy!
Had to wait for a breakfast table to come free.
Close to medieval village, very old with a very french feel to it
Damp patches on the ceiling, room advertised as suitable for family of five, but with twodouble beds and a single bed their was no room to walk between the beds. Charged €50 euros for cereal and coffee/tea breakfast. Difficult for parking,
