Good location, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff
I think the hotel is now 20 years old, some renovations should be planned in near future (bath, floors). Nevertheless a good location
Nice facilities and great staff
I was told we had a Mountain View room, absolutely no view of any mountain, just the building next door!!
Location is the best! Super friendly staff! The breakfast was very good and the cleaning was done regularly. Overall a great value for money!
You need to use your room card to enter the elevators, which is a bit annoying. The water in the shower took very long to warn up.
Staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is well maintained and clean. Rooms are specious and modern looking. The price is very good for what you get. That’s the main reason to stay there I think. Parking was comfortable and accessible (60R per day) and breakfast was great (we added for one night. A bit pricey, but good).
The room had a bath (not shower) and the water pressure was really weak. We booked a Mountain View room, and got a first floor room with view to the parking pathway. There was strange and strong noise of banging every morning (early) which I still don’t understand. Smell from breakfast was super strong on our room every morning which I did not like to wake up to. I’d recommend asking for a room on a higher floor.
I liked the services we got from the lady at the breakfast, she was very nice.Cant remember what her name was but I paid for my latte by her. My egg Benedict was perfect and I always ask for halaal one and they make it for me. The staff at the breakfast were friendly. We like coming there for the sea view.
We did not like the shower ,the water took long to get warm and to drain the water it also took long to drain. Why do we have to pay for latte . You need to separate the pork sausage from the Halaal sausage it is the second time that I spoke to the chef and tell him about it. The soap containers didn't work right . I requested 2 crowns and never received it. The steak you service after hours is not tender. You need to change you menu and add more of a variety off food available at night or you need to change your chef.
