Pros (+) Good value for the size of the room. Good for downtown business location.
Cons (-) Breakfast was poor. Reception calling up on staff to check on room as you check out felt disrespectful to a paying guest. Was poorly handled. Was marketed as a waterfront hotel, it is not a waterfront hotel.
