Pros: Our stay was excellent . We were met by the office staff led by Jessica who did a great job of instructing us around , helping with the little things . She was very friendly helpful and a all around great front for the property . Rooms were very spacious beds comfortable , nice breakfast in morning and very walkable to the restaurant and shops of Cape May . A charming place and would definitely come back and recommend it to others .

Pros: Loved the Ocean view from the balcony. Loved the fact we could still use the amenities after checkout so we took a nice bike ride before heading back home. We could have used the beach as well if we wanted to.

Pros: The staff was warm and friendly. They adapted well to the Covid guidelines by serving guests scrumptious meals "stewardess-style" for breakfast, tea time and wine hour. They provided bags of ice, beach chairs, umbrellas, outdoor showers and beach towels. I would definitely go back.

Cons: One of the main entrees was a breakfast sandwich with bacon but ran out of bacon within the first hour so I had eggs no meat. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room. I brought water bottles with me and wine for an Anniversary Dinner.

Cons: the room was not clean. The blinds were dusty, the air conditioner leaked water. The stairs were dusty and there was mold on the chairs outside. For what they charge per room I think they could hire more people to keep it cleaner.

Pros: The location is fantastic.
Cons: The room was far too hot! 77 degrees, with no way to cool it down. We were told to turn off heat and open the window, which we had already done. The temperature never dropped below 72, and we couldn't sleep with the noise coming through the open window and with the heat. When we told staff about our discomfort upon checkout, she collected our keys without an apology or even acknowledgment. Breakfast was a carbohydrate, sugary nightmare. The only savory options were flavorless sausage links and hardboiled eggs. This was a spontaneous belated anniversary celebration, so we spent a little more and decided to splurge at Queen Victoria, where we had always wanted to stay. Big mistake.

Cons: The bed was rather cheap and would move whenever we turned over. The maid left an envelope for a gratuity. I do leave a gratuity for good service but I do not like that someone assumes you will do this.

Cons: Our stay was in January, but the windows let too much cold air in and rattled with the wind. We tried, but could not regulate the room heater well enough to make up for the cold air coming in. We were either to hot or to cold, made for two long nights.

Pros: Today is our 6year Anniversary. We spent our first Anniversary here and we have been back almost every year since. It never disappoints . We were extremely tired this trip and I am pleased to say that we both got some good rest. The room was comfortable and clean and we both slept like babies. Joanne was great and very friendly and professional. Always a pleasure speaking with her. See you next year Wilbraham.
