When I found out our room would be on the 3rd floor I explained my husband is a heart patient and they immediately made arrangements to move us to a 1st floor. I found that to be very accommodating.
I found both rooms we occupied to have very small bathrooms.
Free bike usage Fantastic breakfast Great location Easy reservation on line
Excellent Breakfast, and snack food. Location was very good. Staff very good
Room small, Bath room could be more modern
Quaint location at beach. Excellent breakfast and presentation. Concept of place is great HOWEVER
Needs major repairs and deep deep cleaning painting lighting also needs staff to keep up with housecleaning. Cracked flooring. Broken doorknobs no heat in some rooms. Needs major renovation. .
Angel Of The Sea is a romantic bed and breakfast located in New Jersey's gorgeous Cape May. The hotel has stunning views of the nearby ocean thanks to the wraparound porch. The hotel itself has "gingerbread detailing", with unique style and architecture that give it a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. The Angel Of The Sea shines at transporting guests into the past while simultaneously providing them all the comforts of a top-end modern hotel.
All of the rooms are uniquely appointed, with each one having its own individual look and feel. Visitors could stay here dozens of times and their room would never look the same way twice. What all the rooms do have in common is large plush beds, wooden vanities with plenty of storage and large windows that open up to beautiful Cape May vistas. If visitors want something special when they arrive. They can call ahead to have a bouquet of flowers waiting in the room like fresh roses or a collection of local flowers.
Angel Of The Sea is a bed and breakfast, which means there are plenty of opportunities for guests to experience some of the local hospitality. Every morning, visitors can indulge in a gourmet breakfast that includes eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, coffee, and more. At 4 pm, guests can stop in for an afternoon tea with baked sweets and ant 5:30 pm Angel Of The Sea serves wine with a cheese and antipasto platter.
