Pros (+) The staff is friendly and helpful. The building is charming and has character. The restaurant staff is attentive. Our room had almost everything we needed except a good night sleep.
Cons (-) Both of us found it impossible to get a good nights sleep. The street lights shined through the window coverings lighting up the room. Blackout curtains would fix this. There was an exhaust fan that ran all night, it seemed like it was from the restaurant below our room. We had opened the windows due to a wonderful 80 degree day at the beach.
