Cons: Comparatively to any Taj property it was very poor. The luxury factor was missing. The rooms were damp and wet. The staff slow and seemed overwhelmed by the crowd. Breakfast buffet was below par compared to even a 4 star breakfast buffet. The cheese served was paneer. That is the standard. The crowd was very bad and loud. Nasty experience.

Cons: Bed was too soft. Slightly uncomfortable. Bath tub was too high with no grippers and appeared risky to get in. Option of flat floor bathroom can be provided for senior citizens. Some items eg mashed potatoes, in the morning breakfast were stale and spoiled.

Cons: The Facilities are poor. Hot water was not available. And repair took more than 90 mins. During the night,power cut was their, and Air conditioner only working with strong wind and it was not controlable. Fixing it took more than 1 hour. The staff and Hotel Manager give so many excuses and not listen our opinion. And broke the promise. Restaurant quality was also bad. If you ordered Hot Tea with milk, Hot water ans Twinings Tea Bag with Milk will come. It can be available in the room as FOC, but 500Rs will be charged in the Restaurant. Panacota also very expensive, but too small.

Cons: The hotel needs to provide its guests with more than just two small bottles of water a day. To charge for any additional water that guests might use in their rooms seems a little absurd to me. Secondly, the amount of plastic that is used in this hotel in times when tourism is becoming so much more eco friendly is sad. Start keep flasks in guest rooms or jugs of water. Use cloche covers on food that is being served in the rooms. These are small changes that will actually help the environment. I was shocked at the amount of plastic that the hotel used. The quality of food has definitely gone down since the last few times I was here.

Cons: The staff at the reception however could have been more polite, they need to be customer centric as that adds a feel good factor to the guests. Resort menu apart from breakfast should have few more options for indian food apart from continental. There are more of Indian guests compared to foreigners in the resort and it will add value if there are more options for Indian food, it doesn't look good when guests spend quality time at the resort and order food through swiggy as there are not much good options for Indian food.

Pros: A group of 12 of us stayed here for 5 nights at the end of April. The location is perfect, off the main road, lit path to the beach and 30minutes walk into the centre of candolim We were bed and breakfast..the breakfast is plentiful and varied, egg station will cook whatever omelette or fried egg etc. Food available all day on site, we are a few times ..cheap and varied menu. The rooms and facilities are beautiful, clean and well decorated. The beds extremely comfortable. The grounds of the hotel are immaculate, the gardeners work endlessly all day to maintain The pool is clean, plenty of sun beds and the pool man Judas was very helpful and kind to us. All the staff were helpful, booking in and out was seamless, they arranged our airport transfers without any hassle. I would definitely recommend and will return myself

Cons: We put some garbage outside our door. But it did not get picked up for the next 24 hours even though they brought newspaper, roomservice etc. Also Wifi is not so good and a maximim of two devices can be connected per room.

Cons: We booked 2 rooms and accidentally misplaced a key to one of the rooms. Not only did they charge us through the nose for an extra key, they did not hand the new key over and made sure we call up the staff every time we wanted to enter. The tiles in the pool edge were broken in some places and we hurt our hands and fingers clinging on to them.

Also similar 5 min walk to centre of Candolim were numerous shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment are close at hand to choose from. As the sun beds around the pool were always taken very early we were lucky to have a ground floor terrace room with patio doors leading outside into the garden with two sun beds for our room, very picturesque, pleasant and quiet.
Cons: All the sun beds situated around the pool area were taken up very early by people placing towels on them, although often no one was using the bed. I think this hotel mainly caters for all inclusive residents. The bar drinks and restaurant food/menu other than the breakfast was just about OK. Food menu selection was poor, the beer was not very cold and other drinks did not come with an offer of ice or lemon/lime etc without requesting this after the drinks were served. In addition although the prices in Goa are very good, the price of drinks was more than many many other restaurants and bars to choose from. We were on room and breakfast basis, so as such (above comment) never ate at the hotel other than breakfast and only had evening drinks there with friends on one occasion early on during our stay.

Pros: The Location is superb as it's just about a 10 minute walk to the beach. All shops & restaurants are within walking distance. The Staff is polite & nice.The Breakfast is not a huge spread out but it was very tasty & scrumptious. The Bed is really soft so i feel that can be a downside but overall it's a great place to stay & i would definitely like to stay here again.
