Cons: The outfitter canceled us so we did not go. It was out of our hands that the outfitter canceled us for certain reasons such as whether poor infrastructure, but we are still going to have to pay a Re-booking fee and Processing fee for each passenger.

Cons: I work at an isolated mining camp and could not fly out due to weather and when I tried to reschedule or cancel my flight with Canadian north the cancellation fees, rebooking fees were more than the cost of purchasing a new flight straight through air canada. I will never use this service again.
