Pros: Best hotel hands down in Cali. The staff went beyond to make you comfortable. Everyday at breakfast a beautiful lady, Maria Fernanda always attends to me with a smile. Extremely pleasant, helpful, kind and always welcomed every one with a smile. She went beyond her duties and she could speak English. A super plus for the hotel as most people spoke Spanish. She needs to be a Manager. Thanks so much for making my mornings beautiful as your bright cheerful smile. I always took my yougurt and fruits to my room after having breakfast, Maria was super helpful Thank you! The front desk man, Alberto super kind and very helpful. He offered drinks, bus cues and offered to carry my bags every time. Such a pleasant jolly man. Thank you for always greeting me with a smile. Stephanie front desk and all of the staff at the front desk are amazing staff. The food was amazing, ambience was nice. Rooms clean. I love the fact the hotel wasn’t too big like intercontinental etc, so the staff knew you and attended to you like you matter. Wifi was very fast and efficient. Would I recommend the hotel ? YES. I would never stay in any other hotel in Cali that isn’t Movich. My flight was at night, I was meant to check out at 12, but got extended to 3pm. Then when I asked again, I left the hotel at 6:30pm. I am thankful Movich. You guys rock. Thank you Movich. You are a 10 star hotel. Gracias

Cons: I stayed here for 2 nights. On my first night I stayed in a Suite and noticed there was not hot water in the shower at all. As I was coming down with a cold, I didn't want to cold shower. No one came up to fix it,I cold showered and went out. Then when I came back and wanted to shower before bed, same problem. I told reception and they did something and it became warm.The next morning same issue, no hot water again!! Because I was in a hurry, I cold showered and went out for the day. When I got back at 850pm, I immediately told the lady on reception who asked .e if I had turned it the right way!? I explained at 47, it's not my first time staying in a hotel. I tried both ways very time, to no avail. I then asked her to send someone up to fix it. 50 minutes later and after ringing everyone in the hotel, nothing had changed. It was only thanks to the kind lady in room service that at 1010pm they moved me to another room. Nice hotel in a great location but I was really disappointed with what I experienced.

Cons: The shower hot water pressure was not strong at all. Came out as a stream compared to the cold water. Very dissatisfied with the shower but it was manageable.

Cons: The breakfast. Why always white bread. Fruits the same everyday. Some ilusión don’t eat pork so why don’t have two types of soups. Why not arepas daily. I didn’t enjoy it at all!!

Cons: I had no hot water at all. I asked several times to have the problem fixed and they said it was but I still had no hot water my entire stay.

Cons: 1. No toiletries in the room on the day of arrival (not even a single bar of soap). It took an hour and 2 phone calls for soap and shampoo to be delivered to the room (I speak good Spanish, so language was not an issue) 2. Weird Brown spots on the bottom part of the bed (see photo). Hope it was not infested by some bugs??!! 3. 4* hotels usually give you free tea/coffee/drinking water/paper tissues in the room. Nothing of that kind in this hotel. 4. On the day of arrival the shower cabin did not look clean and had a glass inside (see picture) To put my review in perspective, I am a frequent traveler across Europe, South and North America, Asia and Africa and have been to Colombia 5 times before. However, this is one of my worst hotel experiences. There are other properties in Cali offering similar prices. Thus there is no good reason for anyone to book this hotel.

Cons: Bit noisy even on the 9th floor as on a major road junction but we got used to it. A pool would have been great but I knew it didn't have one! Lifts are set back (i assume to avoid noise) and stop every odd floor but managable.

Hotel MS Centenario has beautiful rooms with an average area of 42 meters. Functional architectural design, dapper in its lines with a quiet minimalist accentuated by the polished floor that complements the clean colors predominate.
